I have been in the mortgage industry for 10 years and since Florida doesn't require a license for those working for a correspondent mortgage lender, I did not make the effort to get one. Yes, I know, I should have. Having that said I was extremely nervous about taking this test, as I felt I had something to prove. After all, I was only taking the test because I had been asked to be Vice-President of the company. I can say that although in the business, the simulator exam was extremely helpful. I am not sure I would have passed without it! Thank you! |

I found it very helpful. However, there were more questions on the exam pertaining to Chapters 1-6 than the test ever offered. Overall, I found it to be the only way to study. |
