DISCREPANCY WITH AN ANSWER?
Sometimes we have clients inquiring how we got an answer, we do not offer
training, this is just a simulation application and the questions and answers
posted are correct. Sometimes you will find a question with 10 lines, however
the key question is only in 1 or 2 lines the rest is to confuse you, also keep
in mind we use double negatives in order to do the exam simulation as realistic
as possible to the State exam. However, if you feel there is something wrong send us
the question, incorrect answer and the answer you think is correct via email
to support@mbonlinetest.com this
will be submitted for review. Please, DO NOT call our support phone number as
that number is for the webmaster to resolve any login issues.

CONNECTION:
You MUST have Internet Connection at all times while you are taking your exam simulation. Specially, customers with Dial Up/Modem connection must remember this.

How to
Enable your Browser Cookies
Cookies Enabled is a default setting
in both Internet Explorer and Netscape. If your cookies are disabled, follow
these steps to enable your browser cookies:
- Internet Explorer 6.x - go to
Tools, Internet Options, and click on the Privacy Tab. Here you can change
your settings for accepting or blocking cookies.
- Internet Explorer 5.x - go to
Tools, Internet Options, the Security Tab, click the Custom button and
scroll about 1/3 of the way down to see the options for Cookies, and make
sure both of the options have 'enabled' checked.
MICROSOFT INTERNET BROWSER:
We recommend you to always have the latest Microsoft update. VIEW FOR NEW UPDATES
COMPATIBILITY ISSUES:
Internet Explorer 5.5 or above. Screen resolution 800x600 pixels. Cookies enable browser.
AOL USERS:
AOL users can use AOL services as a connection however Internet Explorer 5.5 or above.
MAC USERS:
Our system is not compatible at this (since the latest version of MS IE is 5.2.2). We are working in a new version in order to support Mac users.
